In India, the lot of income is outlayed by domestic parties as good as by people contesting elections. There should be the approach to stop this income flowing, that can be diverted in to on-going functions for people.

Money is spent for publicity and luring voters. Huges sums are spent, as it can be earned as doubled in just a year, once the elections are won.

The starting point to implement "progressive works" is getting elected. If contestants can get votes by spending money and when they part with it willingly to get votes-just stop a bit and think over this: Here is someone who has a vote and wants money[who doesn't require money?].And here is someone who wants his vote and has money to spare. What do you think is happening?
One who is willing to pay and the other eager to grab.
In Indian Mythology there is the classic example of how Sukracharya the Guru of the Asoora’s lost his one eye when he tried to prevent King Mahabali granting Vamana three foot measures of land.
Anyone trying to prevent this flow of money from the candidate to the voters will severely be punished by both.[Twice over]
    Nothing comes free.
    Nobody works for nothing.
    Everything has a price.
    All are equal
    Everybody is free.
The ultimate power rests with the citizen.
When the money factor is absent Fair and Free Elections seldom take place.
Has your question has been answered? I am not sure any body can.

According to our Indian politicians its just like the investment. In our locality politicians bribed the voters by giving Rs.100 to every one. In city side this was gone upto 500 & in some places upto 5000. I think you may got shocked or you think I am joking. Yes it is true.

First of all the people should realize whether that they should get not get the money. Then only this politicians will change.

well..only if right people get elected can progressive work be done…and for that to happen…masses have to know about right people…and for that money has to be spent…rallies have to be held…talks have to be arranged…

Man,are you for real? In every country across the world where elections are held and fought, money is the most important factor.Your statement about "a way to stop this money flowing and diverting it to
progressive works for people"is to say the least Utopian.Others would term it as fatuous.
