In terms of onboard seating, ameneties, and comfort, they’re both "economy-class" so that will all be the same.
"Restricted economy" is usually cheaper because it will cost you more if you want to make changes to the ticket. Unrestricted economy usually allow changes for free, or reduced charges, and sometimes is eligible for upgrade to business class if you have enough frequent flyer miles.
