How can Obama “give a tax break” to people who don’t pay taxes?
Obama’s taxation smack for 95% of people includes 40+% of people that do not recompense taxes. Plus he is not plan to increase the Bush taxation cuts, therefor augmenting taxes on 49% or taxation payers.
