If I am getting a tax refund from 2007 tax, will I still get the tax rebate check?

I filed my 2007 taxes as good as am recieving the taxation refund. Will we recieve the taxation rebate? There is myself, my hubby as good as 5 kids. We finished around ,000 last year. Do we countenance for the discount check? And how many will we be stealing if we do qualify?
